While User Experience has a particular focus on user needs, Product Design encompasses more. I start by diving into the problem, the users, the business goals and competitors to create a scope and foundation for the work needed.

Once all the pieces are refined and the why is clear, I move from big picture strategy to early concepts. Shaping what the product could be and exploring the art of the possible.
Test and Refine
These ideas turn into prototypes and get tested by possible users. Feedback molds the design until it’s seamless.

Once every pixel, interaction, and flow is intentional—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and user experience, I work side-by-side with developers and stakeholders, ensuring the vision is realized perfectly.
Evolve Post-Launch
Most product design is ever-growing and expanding. After the initial build, I analyze, iterate, and keep improving to meet changing needs as the life of the product shifts.
