Often the perceived problem is missing some elements, my first step is to dig deeply with the stakeholder to uncover the true ‘why’ through user interviews, research and journey mapping.

After organizing all I’ve discovered, I brainstorm, sketch, and prototype experiences that solve the problem and feel intuitive.

Test + Iterate

Great design requires edits and adjustments through discussion. I work with users, test early, refine often, and evolve designs until they feel seamless.
